Hello, the freshest seafood is available at Jagalchi Market in Nampo-dong, Busan. In the narrow alleys of the Shindong-A Fisheries Market, a large raw fish center, you'll find a fish section and a number of stalls and long-established restaurants serving grilled fish and hagfish. Just past this area is Seungji Street, where you can eat at reasonable prices.
Seungji is made from solidified cow's blood and is known as one of the foods that helps cure a hangover. Seungji gukbap is a soup made with vegetables such as bean sprouts and shredded green onions, eaten together with rice.
The food stalls on Seongji Street open from 7am, so tourists staying in Nampo-dong can easily eat there. Also, if you are not used to Seongji, you can ask the staff to make your soup without Seongji.

The dishes are Seungji Gukbap and Tteji Gkottegi (pork skin) which is full of collagen. Korean locals often eat Tteji Gkottegi as a snack with alcohol.

Both sides of the road are lined with food stalls specializing in Seongjigukbap, and the red sign says Dongjujip, where you can eat Seongjigukbap.
