Hello, Jinju Hoejip, located near Igidae Park and Oryukdo Skywalk in Busan, is a popular restaurant known for its mulhoe (spicy raw fish stew) and sashimi bibimbap. Of course, you can also enjoy fresh seafood such as regular sashimi and abalone.
The dining area is on the second floor, and the interior is larger than you might expect, with all table seating.
Mulhoe is a dish where white rice is placed on top of sashimi topped with garlic, pear, and seaweed, and then mixed with the restaurant's special red sauce. The red sauce has a refreshing taste, and the ice makes it a delicious and cool dish.

When you order Mulhoe or Hoebibimbap, you'll basically get Mauntang (spicy fish soup) as a side dish, and that Mauntang is truly exquisite; the soup is rich, spicy, and delicious.
Sashimi bibimbap features fresh sashimi topped with garlic, fragrant sesame oil, and perilla leaves, with lettuce placed underneath. When you add the sashimi gochujang and mix it all together, the melt-in-your-mouth fresh fish is truly exceptional.
