Richly flavored budae jjigae can be enjoyed at BIFF Square in Nampo-dong, downtown Busan.

Hello. BIFF Square, located between Busan's Gukje Market and Jagalchi Market, is a popular Nampo-dong attraction frequented by both locals and foreign tourists. Dongducheon Budae Jjigae, located there, is a spicy hot pot dish made with kimchi jjigae-based soup and ingredients such as spam, sausage, tofu, and vegetables, bringing out the rich flavors of the ingredients.

It originally started as a Korean-style budae jjigae made by mixing ingredients smuggled in by the US military (budae) during the Korean War, but has now become a popular menu item for people of all ages and genders.
The restaurant only has one dish on the menu: Budaejjigae. However, they also offer additional toppings such as Spam, cheese, bacon, gyoza, and noodle dishes like udon and suiton. You can also get free refills of the rice and ramen served with the hotpot.
It's located in front of the all-you-can-eat international market, so why not try the rich budae jjigae with various ingredients after shopping?
