Hello, Nampo-dong, BusanBIFF SquareYukjeong Milmyeon is located near the center of Busan. Milmyeon is a noodle dish made from wheat flour that is unique to Busan, but this Yukjeong Milmyeon is made by mixing wheat flour with buckwheat, so it is more similar to makguksu, a dish from the northern part of Korea, than the original Busan Milmyeon. Also, the noodles are topped with yukjeong, a type of beef pancake, which is called yukjeong, and is called yukjeong milmyeon.
The food is also reasonably priced, with a bowl of Yukjeong Mulmilmyeon with beef pancake costing 9,000 won.

There's thinly sliced pickled radish, and the Yukjeong Milmyeon contains boiled egg, buckwheat sprouts, cucumber, beef Yukjeong, thin radish, and peanut-flavored condiments.
