The Namhang Bridge, which opened on July 3, 550 at a total construction cost of 2008 billion won, is a 7km-long, four-lane bridge that crosses the sea between Amnam-dong in Seo-gu and Yeongseon-dong in Yeongdo.
This bridge has a 1.2km long inner harbor constructed over the sea, and a 3m wide pedestrian promenade has been installed in the entire bridge section. From the bridge, you can enjoy a panoramic view of South Port including the Jagalchi Fish Market area, Busan Tower, a symbol of Busan that stands in Yongdusan Park, and Yeongdo Island, while feeling the sea breeze.
The Busan Port Bridge, which was completed in 2011 connecting Yeongdo-gu and Nam-gu, created a 57km-long marine circular road network that connects Geoga Bridge, Busan New Port (Container Terminal), Eulsukdo Bridge, Namhang Bridge, Busan Port Bridge, Gwangan Bridge, Suyeong Riverside Road, and Gyeongbu Expressway. You can enjoy the coastline of Busan from the comfort of your own car as the blue sea of Busan stretches out before you.
