Since its opening in 1934, Busan Theater in Nampo-dong has been dedicated to the development of Korean cinema for 80 years. In July 2016, a full remodeling project was completed on the main building, which resulted in a new theater with 7 seats in total in four theaters: Theater 4, Theater 1,011, Theater XNUMX, and Table Theater.

How to buy tickets:
Before buying your tickets at the ticket booth on the 4th floor, first choose the movie you want to see. Once you have decided on the movie, check the screening time. If it is a popular movie, it may be screened at a different time in the new building, so you can choose a time that is convenient for you.

Once you have decided on the movie and time, you can buy a ticket. When you receive your ticket, don't forget to ask which of the four theaters the movie is in. After buying your ticket, wait until the movie time comes and then enter.

Also, unlike in Japan, Korean movie theaters have assigned seats, so please check the seat number on your ticket to make sure you are seated where you want to watch. Now, sit back and enjoy the movie.

How to get there: Take subway Line 1 to Jagalchi Station. Exit Jagalchi Station and look for Exit 7. After leaving Exit 7, walk along the main street for about 140m and you will see a shopping mall on your left. Turn left there and you will see BIFF Street. Continue walking another 50m down that street. The building on your left is Busan Theater.
