The department store has a rooftop garden (Charlotte Garden) on the 11th floor where you can relax, and you can take the stairs or elevator from the 11th floor to the observation deck on the 13th floor.

The 13th floor is divided into an ocean-side observatory overlooking Busan Port Bridge, Yeongdo Bridge, and Namhang Bridge, and a mountain-side observatory overlooking the main street where the Busan Line 1 subway runs, Gwangbok Fashion Street, and Busan Tower in Yongdusan Park. There is also a coffee shop, Jung-gu Traditional Market Promotion Hall, drink vending machines, and a wonderful observatory that makes it fun to take photos. Charlotte Garden and the observatory are open to the public free of charge.
