The Songdo Yonggungun Bridge in Busan is a 127-meter-long, 2-meter-wide bridge that connects Amnam Park to the summit of Dongdo Island, an uninhabited island across the sea. It is a restoration of the old suspension bridge that was once a famous feature of Songdo Beach and opened in 2020. Standing 20 meters above sea level, it offers 360-degree panoramic views of the unique rock formations and seascape, making it a representative landmark of Busan's Seo-gu district.
From Songdo Beach, take the Songdo Marine Cable Car and get off at Songdo Sky Park, the upper stop. This provides direct access to the Songdo Ryuguun Bridge, making it very convenient to get around.
The entire bridge deck is made of perforated iron grating, offering a thrilling experience where you can look down directly at the waves crashing on the shore.

After your tour, take the elevator down to the public parking area of Iwanami Park, which leads directly to the street lined with food stalls selling grilled shellfish. Also, try strolling along the Songdo Coast Promenade, which stretches approximately 1km from Iwanami Park to Songdo Beach. It's a very popular and relaxing walking route.
