Hello, this is a barley rice specialty restaurant located near Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, one of Busan's most famous tourist spots. Barley rice is more nutritious than white rice, and is popular for its chewy, crunchy texture and simple taste.
Yonggungsa Andong Bo-ri-bap is made by putting six kinds of fresh vegetables on top of barley rice and mixing it with gochujang and other ingredients to adjust the spiciness. You can also add doenjang jjigae to make the barley rice even softer.
