THE Kamazo

Hello. "THE GAMASOTT" is located very close to Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street and Gukje Market, two of Busan's most popular tourist spots, making it the perfect place to enjoy a hearty GAMASOTT set meal while traveling.

If you walk for about 1-2 minutes down the alley next to ABC Mart in the heart of Gwangbok-ro Fashion Street, near the square where a giant tree stands during the winter Tree Festival, starting from Exit 7 of Subway Line 1 which leads to the basement of Lotte Department Store Gwangbok Branch, you will find a sign that exudes the nostalgic atmosphere of a long-established store.

The restaurant has both table seating and tatami seating, and offers a wide variety of dishes ranging from 9,000 won stone pot bibimbap to Korean set meals costing 11,000 to 16,000 won. The price of the meal gradually increases depending on the type and number of side dishes, but you can enjoy stir-fried vegetables, marinated squid, bulgogi, and more.

The Kamasot's signature dish, the "Kamasot Set Meal," is a set meal that allows you to enjoy freshly cooked, piping hot rice in a stone pot and a generous portion of Korean side dishes at a reasonable price.

Kamasot set meal contents and price (available for orders of 2 or more people). You can choose from three grades depending on your preferences and the number of people in your party.

Stone Pot Set A (11,000 won/person): This is our most popular and best-value signature dish. Freshly cooked rice in a stone pot is topped with braised pork, stewed fish, doenjang jjigae, japchae, yangnyeom gejang, various namul, and plenty of vegetables for ssam, all piled high on the table.

Stone Pot Set B (16,000 won/person): This set includes the basic A set plus beef bulgogi or boiled pork, and the type of fish is upgraded, making it a more substantial meal.

Special Kamameshi Set (20,000 won/person): This set includes an even wider variety of side dishes, making it perfect for entertaining your parents or for formal dining occasions.

Unlike set meals that require ordering for two or more people, "THE KAMASOTT"'s stone-grilled bibimbap is a cost-effective single-serving dish that is popular as a lunch option for solo diners and office workers.

The dish is served in a sizzling hot stone pot, topped with rice, fresh namul (Korean seasoned vegetables), seaweed powder, samgyeopsal (pork belly), and a soft-boiled egg. The sizzling sound and the crispy rice crust that forms at the end are absolutely delicious.

When you order the stone-grilled bibimbap, a fragrant doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) is served alongside it, so you can enjoy a hearty meal without choking. As befits a restaurant specializing in set meals, it comes with 3-4 kinds of side dishes, including kimchi and tteokbokki, in a different combination every day.

If you are visiting with two or more people, we recommend comparing the stone pot bibimbap with the Kamasot set meal A (11,000 won), which includes dulchigi and grilled fish.
