The restaurant's signboard uses the name of Jeongdongjin, a famous tourist destination on the east coast of Gangwon Province, about six hours northeast from Busan.The restaurant is a seafood specialty restaurant that seeks to make the most of the delicious flavors of the seafood in Jeongdongjin, which is also a popular filming location for Korean dramas and a famous spot to see the first sunrise of the year.
The ingredients used are seafood and monkfish, and they can be enjoyed in two ways: as a hot pot dish or as a steamed dish.

Seafood dishes include seafood jjim, which is made by stir-frying snow crab, shrimp, octopus, and a large amount of vegetables such as bean sprouts in a gochujang (chili paste)-based sauce; agu jjim, which is spicy steamed monkfish; and haemultang (seafood hotpot), which is made by simmering a variety of seafood such as shrimp, octopus, squid, and various types of shellfish in a spicy pot. However, the sweet and spicy haemul jjim (seafood jjim) made with snow crab and shrimp is popular among locals.
