Samgyetang is served boiling hot, so if you don't like hot food, we recommend letting it cool a little before eating. The rich, mild-flavored chicken soup, seasoned with chestnuts and jujubes, and the soft chicken meat, combined with the glutinous rice, make this a great stamina dish.
