Located in Beomil-dong, Dong-gu, Busan, Busanjin Market is one of the three largest markets in Korea and has a long tradition of 3 years. The market has two basement floors and three above ground floors, and is home to over 88 stores, including silk fabric stores, clothing stores, and Western clothing stores. It is also famous as a market where you can find everything you need for wedding preparations, such as tableware, hanbok, and bedding, and many people who have decided to get married come here to buy wedding supplies.

Busanjin Market first opened in a place called Choryang, but it wasn't a textile market and wasn't a large building like it is today; it was just a small, ordinary market. It was only open on the 4th and 9th of each month, but it gradually grew in size and was privatized in 1964, transforming into a textile market selling hanbok and other items.
After privatization, it was moved to its current location, and the current building was constructed in 1970. It was also a famous hanbok specialty market, attracting customers not only from Busan but also from the surrounding Gyeongsangnam-do area.
