Commodore Hotel Gyeongju is a first-class hotel that reopened in October 2001 as the Gyeongju Chosun Hotel, the first hotel built in Gyeongju and a historic hotel with a long history. It is also known as the hotel where Jang Dong-gun and Won Bin stayed during the filming of the movie "Brotherhood."

The lobby, elevators, and guest rooms are decorated with traditional patterns, giving off a sense of luxury and elegance, and the verandas of the rooms offer a beautiful view of Lake Bomun. There are Korean and Japanese restaurants, as well as a casino and other facilities such as a sauna and pool, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located close to the Bomun Lake sightseeing boat dock, where you can enjoy a variety of leisure activities such as sightseeing boats, motorboats, etc. There is also a waterwheel square where you can take a leisurely stroll. There is also a 36-hole international golf course, Gyeongju Country Club, which is directly managed by the hotel.
The hotel is about 20 minutes by taxi from Gyeongju Station. A shuttle bus runs between the hotel and the newly opened KTX Shingyongju Station in November 2010.
