The-K Gyeongju Hotel, which opened for business on June 2, 2013, was formerly the Hotel Gyeongju Education and Culture Center, a second-class hotel run by the Korea Teachers Mutual Aid Association. The hotel is located within the Bomun Tourist Complex, which is lined with resort hotels.

In addition, the large bathhouse, which uses 20% natural alkaline hot spring water that gushes out from 630m underground, can accommodate approximately 1000 people.
