The-K Gyeongju Hotel, which opened for business on June 2, 2013, was formerly the Hotel Gyeongju Education and Culture Center, a second-class hotel run by the Korea Teachers Mutual Aid Association. The hotel is located within the Bomun Tourist Complex, which is lined with resort hotels.

With an area of ​​2m1, the hotel has one basement floor and nine aboveground floors, and is equipped with 9 guest rooms, a large convention hall, 270 small and medium-sized banquet halls, restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, and various additional facilities such as international conferences, academic conferences, and corporate seminars. In addition, the large bathhouse, which uses 20% natural alkaline hot spring water that gushes out from 630m underground, can accommodate approximately 1000 people.
