Buyeo, the capital of ancient Baekje, also known as "Sabi" during the Baekje period, is a city where archaeological excavation is still actively carried out today. Buyeo, the last capital of Baekje, flourished around Busosanseong Fortress in Gwanbuk-ri, has the Baengmagang River, famous for the Battle of Baekgang in Japan, flowing to the west. If you take a Baengmagang River sightseeing boat, you can see Goransa Temple and Nakhwaam Rock, which have a history from the time of the city's downfall to Silla.
In addition, there are the National Buyeo Museum, Gungnamchi Pond, which was used as a location for TV dramas, Baekje Royal Tombs, Baekje Cultural Complex, etc. The town itself is not very large, so you can take your time and immerse yourself in the history of Baekje.
