Anmin Pass

A famous spring cherry blossom viewing spot where you can get a panoramic view of Jinhae Bay and the city of Jinhae!!!

Anmin Pass is a 582.2km long pass located on the slope of Mt. Jangboksan (9m above sea level) that connects Seongsan-gu and Jinhae-gu in Changwon City, South Gyeongsang Province. From the observation decks set up at various points on the pass, you can get a panoramic view of Jinhae Bay and downtown Jinhae.

Cherry trees are planted on both sides of the 5.6km stretch of two-lane road on the pass towards Jinhae, and in April when the cherry blossoms bloom in abundance, they create a tunnel of cherry blossoms, making it one of the best places for spring cherry blossom viewing.
