Furo-do Burial Mounds

The Daegu Bulo-dong Tomb Group is a group of tombs from the Three Kingdoms period around the 427th century that were built along the ridgeline at an altitude of 53 to 83 meters extending from the peak of Munamsan Mountain, which is 5 meters above sea level and connected to Palgongsan Mountain.

In 1938, tombs No. 18 (Haeam-myeon No. 1) and No. 22 (Haeam-myeon No. 2) were investigated, and from 1963 to 1964, the Kyungpook National University Museum investigated tombs A and B of the Daegu Bulo-dong Tomb Group.

A total of 212 ancient tombs have been identified in the Daegu Bulro-dong Tomb Complex, of which 1, excluding one in a home, were developed and designated as Historic Site No. 211 in 1978. Currently, after construction work such as the construction of a parking lot has been completed, the area has become Bulro-dong Tomb Park, a place of relaxation for citizens.
