Kangwon National University Central Museum

Located about 4km into the city from Chuncheon Station, the Gangwon University Museum opened as an affiliated museum of Gangwon National University in 1985. The four-story museum with a stepped exterior houses the Volunteer Army Materials Room, School History Room, and Special Exhibition Room on the second floor, the Archaeological History Room on the third floor, and the Folklore Materials Room on the fourth floor.
