Yeongilnyeongsu-ri Tomb/Yeongilnyeongsu-ri Silla Monument

Naengsu-ri Tomb, located on the route from Angkang in Gyeongju to the east coast, which has been an important transportation route since the Silla period, is a Silla period tomb estimated to have been built in the first half of the 6th century. The area around Shingwang-myeon, where the tombs are located, is home to many ruins related to the Gyeongju power that used it as a base for its advance onto the east coast.

The Naengsu-ri Tomb is one of the largest horizontal stone chamber tombs excavated south of the Han River in Seoul, and the tomb is about 7 meters high and 25 meters in diameter, with a unique internal structure consisting of a main chamber and an antechamber. Many relics, including pipe decorations and gold rings, have been excavated from the tomb, and it is believed to be the tomb of the ruling class of the region.

Tomb No. 7 in District A of Yeongilnyeongsu-ri Tomb Group was designated as Gyeongsangbuk-do Monument No. 1994 on April 4, 16.

Gyeongsangbuk-do Monument No. 95

In 1989, the Naengsu-ri Silla Monument, inscribed with letters from the Silla period, was discovered nearby. It has become a valuable resource for studying Silla history in the 5th and 6th centuries, and in nearby Sangeup-ri is the Beogwangsa Temple site, said to have been built by Wonhyo during the reign of King Jinpyeong (26th king, 579-632) of Silla. The name Shingwang-myeon comes from the fact that King Beopheung (23rd king, 514-540) stayed in the area and saw a light shining from Bihaksan Mountain, which the king said was the light of a god.

National Treasure No. 264

443年(訥祗王19代、417~458)または503年(智証王22代、500~514)のときにつくられたと推定する冷水里新羅碑は、ジョルゴリという人物の財産所有と死んだ後の財産相続問題を記録した下辺の幅73センチ、左辺の高さ47センチ、右辺の高さ66センチ、厚さ30センチの石碑です。慶尙北道 浦項市 北区 神光面 土城里にある神光面のミョンサムソ(村役場)の庭にあります。
