Namhae Seonso Castle

Namhae Seonso Waeseong is a fortress built on the fishing village of Seonso Village, located in Namhae-eup, Namhae-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, and on top of a small hill called Tennamdae, overlooking the South Sea. It was built by Wakiita Yasuharu in November 1597, and was where Muneyoshi, the lord of Tsushima Island, stationed over 11 Japanese troops.

It is believed that the headquarters was located at the top of Cheonnamdae, a low hill built in three layers. Over the years, Namhaeseonso Japanese Fortress has been transformed into farmland for a village, and the outer wall has almost completely collapsed, but the Japanese fortress structure built at an angle to the inner wall at the top can be seen through the bushes.
