Opened in August 2003, the Daeseongdong Tomb Museum is a two-minute walk from Museum Station on the Busan-Gimhae Light Rail and a three-minute walk from the National Gimhae Museum.

This museum is located in the center of Geumgwan Gaya, a city famous for its iron production and founded by King Suro in 42 AD, and the excavated items on display give visitors an insight into what Geumgwan Gaya was like.

The exhibition rooms in the museum are divided into an introduction section, an overview section, an ancient tomb section, an exchange section, and a culture section, and the exhibits include a full-scale reconstruction of the inside of a tomb, three-dimensional models and videos that give a glimpse into the lives of the Gaya people at that time, and Gaya dolls made from excavated human bones, making Gaya culture easy to understand and familiar. In addition, the explanations and audio commentary for the exhibits are in Japanese, so you can learn more about Geumgwan Gaya.

Around the museum are the spacious ruins park and ancient tombs, which include the Tomb Exhibition Hall and the Exposed Exhibition Hall, which opened in July 2001, and visitors can feel the history of Geumgwan Gaya as they walk around.
