KoreaJeonju City

Jeonju City is the city where the provincial government office is located in the center of Jeollabuk-do. Jeolla-do is derived from Jeonju and Naju. Jeonju KTX Station of the Korea Railroad is located here, and there are Jeonju Express Bus Terminal, Jeonju Intercity Bus Terminal, and airport buses to Incheon International Airport. Jeonju's famous cuisine includes Jeonju bibimbap, Kongnamul gukbap (bean sprout soup with rice), and Jeonju Samcheon-dong makgeolli town (soybean wine).

Places of interest include Jeonju Hanok Village, which preserves the history of the Yi dynasty, and Gyeonggijeon, and to the east of Jeonju is Maisan Mountain, named after its resemblance to a horse's ear.

The Jeolla Line KTX train departs from Yongsan Station in Seoul five times daily and takes approximately 5 hours and 2 minutes.
