The Busan Duty Free Shop, funded by Busan businesspeople, will officially open at the Busan International Passenger Terminal on August 8. Located at the departure area of the Busan International Passenger Terminal, the shop will sell whiskey, cigarettes, watches, accessories, cosmetics and Busan specialties such as wakame seaweed and kamaboko fish cake.
Busan Duty Free is planning to expand its Busan Port store in September this year, and will also open a downtown duty free store in Yongdusan Park in November.
In addition, to commemorate the opening of its Busan Port store, Busan Duty Free will be selling whiskey at a discount of up to 40% and holding an event offering hotel accommodation vouchers and discount coupons until October.
