Hello, my name is Park Bo-gyu, a Japanese tourist guide who runs Busannavi.Net(Jp), a website that provides travel information for Busan, South Korea.
After finishing my studies in Japan in 1995, I returned to Korea and worked in the tourism industry, but at the time the internet was not yet widespread and tourism information was scarce, so I thought tourism was monotonous and uninteresting, just visiting shopping centers and other places according to a fixed itinerary set by a travel agency.
In response to this, in July 2001, with the 2002 World Cup to be co-hosted by Japan and Korea approaching, the Japanese version of the Busan tourist information site "Busannavi.Jp" was launched to provide the latest information on Busan to Japanese tourists traveling to Busan.
Busannavi.Net(Jp) will continue to strive to provide useful travel information to travelers visiting Busan, a port city with both sea and mountains, without forgetting its original intentions.
