Reservation process (request reservation)

Select sightseeing date and number of people

On the page for the tour you want, press the "Book" button and set the date, number of people, etc.

Enter customer information and payment information ∙ Accept reservations

Please enter all required information such as participant name, contact information, and payment information, confirm the application details, and then press the "Apply with the above details" button.
At this time, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, so please be sure to check it.


*Please note that since this is an automatic sending method, it may occasionally end up in the "junk" folder or similar.
*You can also check your reservation details on the reservation confirmation page.
*For some tours where payment is required on-site, a deposit of 1,500 yen may be required as a guarantee.

Notification of reservation result

We will notify you by email within 12 hours (based on business hours) as to whether the tour can proceed or not.

You will receive a "Reservation Confirmation Issuance Notification" by email.
Please click on the URL in the "Reservation Confirmation (Voucher)" email to confirm your reservation details.
If you do not receive an email, please contact the reservation center.Contact.

On the day of the tour

Please present a printed copy of your reservation confirmation (voucher) or the display screen of your mobile phone.
If you are paying on site, please pay at the reception.
For tours where partial payment is made on-site, the 1,500 yen deposit paid by credit card will be refunded once your participation in the tour is confirmed.
